Smudge Sticks and Pots

aurabutter These beautiful pots were made by Cherokee potters and have beautiful swirls of color throughout. Each piece is sealed inside and out and is perfect for smudging your home. Each pot comes with two 4 inch desert smudge sticks, instructions and a 7 inch pheasant feather.

Why Smudge?
Energy in your home can be balanced and cleansed by smudging with sacred smudge bundles. The high vibration of the sacred sage will not allow lower energies to exist in the same space where the sage is burned. The energy present in your home must rise to this high vibration or exit the space. The result is a more peaceful and purified space.

How Do I Smudge?
Smudging is really easy to do. Light one end of the sage, hold it over the pot and let it burn for about a minute. Then gently blow out the flame and allow the sage to smoke. I open all closet and room doors and open one window on the highest level of your home. Starting in the lowest part of your home fan the smoke towards each corner with the feather provided while asking your higher power for protection while you cleanse your home. The lower energies will rise as you work your way up eventually adapting or leaving through the open window. You can smudge as often as you like. I woulud recommend smudging any antiques or items you have questions about the origins of before bringing them into the home.

Please practice safely by not leaving buring materials unattended and making SURE your smudge is completely out when done.
