Solid Ground can be used daily just like any fine body oil. It is also great for practitioners after doing healing work or any place where you may pick up other energies. I have found that some places make you feel this way and I use Solid Ground when going there to help head off any energy build up. Also, I would recommend using our Solid Ground grounding salts in a warm bath. Sea Salt is an excellent way to ground these type of energies plus a warm salt bath is great before bedtime.
