Be Sore No More is a roll on contains a blend of essential oils and crystals that may help with everyday aches and pains. If you have arthritis pain I would recommend our Arthritis blend. Be Sore No More is simply rolled on any place you have pain. Do not get in eyes or use on sensitive areas. For headaches one roll on either side of forehead taking care not to get in eyes. For toothaches one roll on the OUTSIDE of the cheek where the tooth is located.Do not take internally. Be Sore No More contains essential oils of Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Black Pepper, Fir Needle, Cypress, Corriander, Nutmeg and Chamomile in a 50% base of sweet almond oil. We added thew following crystals: Jasper, Mookaite,Rutilated Quartz, Sunstone, Aquamarine, Adventurine and Garnet which are said to be beneficial for pain and healing effects.
