Do you feel a strong connection to the ocean or any bodies of water? Is your astrological sign a water sign? Do whales, dolphins, dragonflies, herons or other creatures that live in or on the water come to you frequently in dreams? Spirit of the Ocean may help you to connect with water based totem animals or spirit guides. This blend is very effective when used during meditation or visualization exercises. When you mediates ask your higher power is send your totem animal to you. Note what creature comes and learn all you can about it strengths and weaknesses. This information can be applied to your own actions with positive results. I would recommend reading “Animal Speak” but Ted Andrews or other books on totems. We have combined essential oils of Dead Sea salt, Blue Green algae, Kelp and Coconut oil with the following cleaned and charged crystals:
SEA SHELLS-The homes of once living animals they impart the essence of the ocean
PEARLS-Enhances sacral chakra-focus on core self
LAPIS LAZULI-Stimulates the mind
SHARK TOOTH-Naturally collected from beaches the shark tooth is a reminder of the cycle of renewal and that if not used in a positive way your totem energy may bite back.
EXERCISE-Apply the Spirit of the Ocean oil and get into a meditative state. Picture a sandy beach with warm clear water. Slowly walk into the water feeling the sun on your face and the gentle rocking of the waves. As you walk out further you ask your higher power to grant you the ability to walk under the water without the need for air. As you submerge you feel completely safe knowing that only your totem can see you or interact with you. Brilliant fishes and colorful corals come into view. You feel a complete sense of freedom. As you walk along you see rays and sharks completely unaware of you. After some time you notice a shape in distance. Slowly the shape comes into focus and you meet your totem. Focus on the actions and colors of your totem and don’t be alarmed if it should speak to you. When you have journeyed enough, thank your totem for the honor of its company. Slowly retrace your steps until your head breaks the surface of the water. Reflect on what has been shown to you and write it in your journal.
